Short post alert. I'm currently on vacation in the Outer Banks, and last week was crazy with work projects and trying to get ready, as well as trying to recover from my health issues from the past few weeks.

After two crazy weeks (one including travel to California), I managed to get myself back on the training track. I got in all of my workouts, including 4 runs, 2 strength, and a swim (yay, summer!).
April 2018 Goals Recap
So. I didn't exactly hit all of my April goals, but I knew some of them (okay, all of them) would be a stretch given my travel and work schedule.

My 5 Favorite Charleston Running Routes
Other than the route right out my doorstep, which is actually pretty damn awesome and includes running by the sound and through some beautiful neighborhoods (including two options with golf courses if I run long enough), I have a few other running routes around the city that I really like and also have some pretty spectacular views.
