Healthy Summer: Activia Two-Week Challenge

It's no big secret around here that I've had some crazy health issues over the past few years. And the most recent one had me on a buffet of antibiotics that really wreaked havoc on my system.
And on top of that, between all of my obligations - full-time job, side projects/my consulting business, being a mom, and trying to maintain hobbies, a workout schedule and training for races - life gets ridiculously crazy. It was also perfect timing since we were on our Outer Banks beach vacation for the first week of the challenge. I'd go for a run or bike ride in the mornings, and then grab one these right after my workout to refuel and head straight across the street to the beach.
After two weeks, I'm feeling good and I'll keep these in rotation as part of my routine.
