Fun ways to burn 100 calories with Chobani

I'm not one to meticulously count calories and plan every meal, but typically I'm pretty good about healthy choices. But lately I've been so stressed and life has been such a whirlwind that I've barely paid attention to what I'm eating at all. Cookies? Gelato? Pizza? Whatever I feel like, whenever I feel like? Check, check, check, check. While I'm fortunate that I seem to still have the metabolism of a teenager, I also know that these random eating habits aren't great for my overall health or for being a better runner.

Eating right is so important for feeling good, staying healthy, and performing well and I know I need to get it together over here. Chobani Greek Yogurt has always been one of my go-to snacks for refueling and for satisfying a sweet tooth without consuming a bunch of junk. It's so easy to just take some yogurt and throw in some fruit or granola. It seems that my son has the same inkling - he loves his yogurt and asks for it almost every day!

But sometimes, when I'm on the go it's not convenient to put that together myself, especially with a rambunctious toddler hanging around. I tried the Mango Cone Crisp flavor and it was so tasty. The mango flavor was slightly milder than I expected, but it was a satisfying snack with just the right combination of sweetness and crunch. I love crunchy add-ins in my yogurt! It's exactly what I do with our regular yogurt from the big container, but in a much smaller, portable package.

But in my every day life I'm also very active, which is exactly what Chobani is encouraging, and some of my favorite ways to stay that way are walking my dogs on the beach and chasing around my crazy, super active toddler. Things are always in go-mode when you have three beagles and a curious little boy running around. With summer coming, I'm looking forward to time spent at our favorite pool where I'm sure the little guy will keep me moving.
