Weekly Workouts: Week Ending 1/27/13
I was a little lazy this week and didn't get to as many core or cross-training workouts as I would have liked, but I did get some good runs in. And I just signed up for FlyWheel (spinning) and Yoga classes, so soon I'll be incorporating a lot more cross and core into my weekly workouts. Speaking of lazy, I still haven't managed to post my Charleston Half recap. It's coming soon, I promise!

Monday: 3.5 miles
Tuesday: Weight Training
Wednesday: 3 miles
Thursday: Rest
Friday: Rest
Saturday: 5.5 miles
Sunday: 11 miles + 1.5 jog/cool down
Total Miles: 24.5
