Weekly Workouts: Week Ending 1/20/13
This was a taper week for me since the Charleston Half Marathon was yesterday. I took it pretty easy all week because my legs were just feeling heavy during every run and I really wanted to run the half with the freshest legs possible. Plus, I had a lot of other stuff going on, so I didn't do any workouts other than running. But I'm back to Pure Barre this coming week - gotta keep up with the stretching and strengthening!
Weekly workouts:
Monday: 3.5 miles
Tuesday: Rest
Wednesday: 3.5 miles
Thursday: Rest
Friday: Rest
Saturday: 13.1 miles at the Charleston Half
Sunday: 3.1 miles
Total Miles: 23.2
